I am an experienced International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach with Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation.

My clients are creative individuals working at all organizational levels as well as small teams who are focused on personal  transformational change related to their work and life circumstances. I support clients across multi-faceted private, public, non-profit, governmental and military organizations but in all cases as individuals seeking change.

Areas of focus within my practice are on those starting their careers and on the opposite end people contemplating the transition from work to retirement, people facing company lay-offs and downsizing, working parents, and men of all ages who find themselves wanting to talk openly with someone.

My experience includes business development in the real estate industry, natural foods business, fashion industry (both wholesale and retail), and advertising as well as significant experience supporting military, government, small-business, self-employed individuals and start-ups. This collaborative work seeks to create tailored, client-specific goals for those who see themselves embodying and living a growth mindset.
